5 years ago, FIA walked out of her local Jobcentre and into her first shift at our workshop A as a Machine Operator. Coming from a hospitality background, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow, she decided early on to build her career through real-life experience.

Fast forward to today, and FIA’s journey at BULETEDAN Tech. spans across multiple departments: Machine Operator, Training Mentor, HR Recruitment, Support Desk Clerk, Process Shift Leader.
